With over 20 years of experience in the industry, owner Gabriel Carini founded the company in 2006. We specialize in air conditioning repair in San Diego and plumbing for vintage and historic homes, traditional home retrofits, custom homes, and light commercial applications.

Liability Insurance – Over $1 Million in Coverage
The Contractors’ State License Board (CSLB) requires all HVAC and plumbing contractors to hold General Liability insurance to protect against bodily injury and accidental property damage. Carini is proud to carry over $1 Million Dollars in Liability Coverage, so you can feel totally secure about having our employees working in your home or business.

If you hire an uninsured or under-insured contractor, you are accepting many risks in the event that a company’s workers are injured in your home or cause damage during their work. California state law requires all companies with employees to maintain up-to-date Workers’ Compensation insurance.
